Christina Rosenthal

After years of doing commissioned work for many Hollywood entertainment industry luminaries, Southern California award-winning artist, Christina Rosenthal moved to Carlsbad to continue her fine art journey. She brings a wide range of skills to her artworks including: paintings, sculpture, and fiber art. Having studied at Otis College of Art, the aesthetic strategies she uses in her work are also the result of her world travels. Being immersed in the art and culture of other countries has contributed to her world view and has enriched her art. Although her paintings are primarily acrylic and oil paint on canvas, she incorporates a variety of materials and applications. Her paintings are imbued with a spontaneous exuberance.
